PDX CLF is hosting their next meeting on **Weds 4/15 noon - 1pm** and will have two presentations focused on **adaptive reuse policy and carbon analysis** :

- Hillary Adam, Senior Planner at Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, will share findings and recommendations from an Adaptive Reuse report by Deca Architecture, commissioned by BPS.

- Lauren Onstad, Sustainable Building and Deconstruction Specialist, will share findings from a recent study conducted by Brightworks and Built Buildings Lab for the Portland Clean Energy Fund, which analyses the operational and embodied carbon impacts of converting 2 projects from warehouse/office to housing.
