“Reducing Embodied Carbon in Construction with EC3” by Phil Northcott.

Phil Northcott is CEO of C-Change Labs and the co-creator of EC3. Originally an electrical engineer, Phil founded C Change Labs in 2017 to bring the power of cloud computing to the fight against climate change. C-Change labs works closely with the nonprofit [BuildingTransparency.org](http://BuildingTransparency.org), construction professionals, industry leaders, and building owners to build up the ecosystem of science-based, open access information about the climate impacts of materials.
