Hi Tony, in your EC3 preferences you can set your units to Imperial / English / Nonsense - whatever they use in Myanmar and Liberia, or of course you can set it to SI.
As for the conversion it should be a straight conversion from kg to lb, i.e., 1 kg = 2.2 lb, 1 lb = 0.45 kg. So if there are 3 kgCO2e / lb, there will be 6.6 kgCO2e / kg.
