[House Energy & Commerce Committee](https://crm.carbonleadershipforum.info/sites/all/modules/civicrm/extern/url.php?u=294&qid=24257) releases a comprehensive, economy-wide emissions reductions bill called the [CLEAN Future Act](https://crm.carbonleadershipforum.info/sites/all/modules/civicrm/extern/url.php?u=295&qid=24257) to require all retail electricity suppliers to obtain 100 percent clean energy by 2050.
