# Missing shapes in EC3

Does anyone know how to get channels processed in EC3? I can import them and add EPD’s to them. But it won’t calculate it without picking the steel shape and channels and misc channels aren’t an option yet. How are people addressing this?

I believe we had the same issue. EC3 has a couple ways to get in touch with them and ask directly… worth a try!

I reached out to Phil Northcott in August about the problems we are having. But I never heard back and was hoping someone on here had figured out a workaround.
