Perks Deconstruction is looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Crew Foreman to lead our team of general laborers and collaborate with our project manager to complete the scope of work for deconstruction projects from small kitchen and bath remodels to large, multi-week, full house deconstruction projects. Perks Deconstruction is committed to improving sustainability of the construction world by reducing the amount of waste lost everyday in landfills. We take a surgical approach to demolition in order to salvage and recycle building materials, diverting waste to strategic partners to find life once again. Candidates should share this alignment and be problem solvers and critical thinkers, highly communicative, and able to anticipate and mitigate safety issues. Required: 3 years experience in construction with an understanding of structural and non-structural demolition, skid steer and forklift operation experience, framing experience, OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training. Employment begins immediately. Position is full time and in person at job sites. Compensation: $25 - $30/hour to start, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, 8 Company paid holidays, and 10 days paid vacation in the first year of employment. Up to $5000 performance bonus potential.
