Anyone have experience with Chiltrix or Spacepak heat pumps to replace my gas boiler?

I want to stop using gas and add cooling.

I have a house with a 32,000 BTUh Manual J calculation. It’s heated with an in-floor radiant system driven by a gas boiler that heats a single tank to provide both space heating and domestic hot water. No cooling.

I’m getting quotes for using either a Chiltrix or Spacepak heat pump to replace my boiler. I’m getting some pushback from some installers on hydronic cooling - they worry about condensation.

Anyone have expertise on this they can share?
