CLF-Seattle Tool User Group Meeting 2/3 Noon: Office Hours

Welcome to the Remote CLF-Seattle - Tool User Group! Folks based in Seattle who actively use LCA tools in their work use this forum for informal discussions and demonstrations. No RSVP necessary.

This session will be a drop-in office hours style environment - come with questions about your LCA studies (Tally, EC3, and otherwise), and we can work them out together.

Hey all! Sorry for the delay on the PT/Mild embodied carbon case study. See below for dropbox link that contains the slides, calculations and mixes we used for our analysis. I used the ZGF Concrete LCA Tool to estimate the GWP associated with the mixes. Note this study was done for a single slab with office occupancy supported by a ~30’x30’ grid of columns. I would expect switching from a mild to PT slab would also cause a reduction in the foundations, columns, studrails and formwork, but we did not include these elements into our scope for this study. Please feel free to reach out if anyone has questions or suggestions to improve this study!
