Fly Ash and Flooring Adhesives

I have recently been made aware of issues with flooring adhesives when applied to concrete slabs with fly ash in them. I have yet to do a deeper dive into this but was wondering if anyone has had any experience with in this field. I’d rather the flooring wasn’t the controlling factor in our concrete specification.

I have not heard this but would be interested to know more about the problems with the adhesive. Is it failing when adhered to concrete with fly ash concrete? Are you sure that the problem is the fly ash?
