Is there a better method here - or any consensus source for regional maintenance info?
We’re also modeling lifespan as building - assuming perpetual paving design. This seems like the most likely scenario but have you seen methods to better account for reuse of materials as base courses for future paving (eg crack seal overlay composite rehabilitation)? Thank you!
