Hi everyone,
We are in the process of pursuing a zero carbon certification for a residential project, and I am wondering if someone has done the documentation recently, and why and which path was followed towards the certification between: Design, and Performance?
I appreciate any tips on this topic from someone who in the process or completed the documentation for CAGBC Zero Carbon Certification V3 including: Tool used for Embodied Carbon Calculation, EPDs resources, Timeline, Specs…etc.
