I’m not a regular in this part of the forum, but for those in BC with an interest in building energy performance and benchmarking, this will be of interest to you. Focused on operational energy and carbon this first year of data release shows a wide range of performance. On their interactive map you can localize your search and filter by building types. It would be great to see the geography expanded and the scope increased to also cover embodied carbon for new builds. Conceptually this could also be applied to other regions.
