I wanted to use my work as a structural engineer to help my community by learning more about the challenges we face. However, as a practicing structural engineer, I didn’t want my expertise to stop with design software and all that. Growing up, the topic of global warming and its impacts was all we ever heard. I intend to gain knowledge from this community, make connections, and work toward understanding how our sector is affecting climate change in particular and developing solutions.
