Looking into modeling residential and I wonder: Does Tally include top plate and base board in its estimates?
It depends on the takeoff method settings that you select.
If you select (1) just “1-way spacing” then it does not include top and bottom plates.
If you select (2) “1-way spacing with perimeter members” then it includes top and bottom plates.
