I am working with a company in the industrial materials space to explore the challenges builders/architects/developers etc face related to embodied carbon in construction materials. Our goal is to understand these challenges more intimately and to develop potential solutions to improve the way we track and report on our sustainability targets.
I am looking to speak (1:1 via video) to a handful of people (estimator, procurement officers, architects, general contractors and subcontractors, project engineers) who are willing to share their insights into the challenges that they face.
In return, once I am done with this first phase of research, I’d be happy to share a consolidated report of my learnings from various discussions with industry stakeholders, which could provide a broader perspective on the current landscape and where it’s headed.
